Product support: Whisper Flex 2 Fan

For the Whisper Flex 2, you need the specific Battery Pack for Whisper Flex 2. Always use the correct battery for this model to ensure optimal performance and safety.

You can place the Whisper Flex 3 remote control on top of the fan handle. This area is magnetic, so it stays neatly in place.

In this video we show you how to connect North with the Duux app.

1. Mix (cleaning) vinegar with lukewarm water in a ratio of 1:10.
2. Use this mixture to clean the required parts.
3. Then carefully brush the surface with the adhesive residue until it disappears.
4. Use a damp cloth with tap water to remove any residue.

Do not use caustic or other chemical agents. This may damage the lacquer and is not covered by the warranty.

In night mode, the display is dimmed and sound signals are turned off. This makes the fan more comfortable to use at night.

In natural wind mode, the fan automatically alternates between different speeds. This creates an airflow that feels more natural.

With the oscillation function, you can let the Whisper Flex 2 move horizontally or vertically. By pressing the relevant function again, you can set the preferred angle.

This allows you to direct the airflow very precisely or spread it more widely throughout the room.
